Question about Harman Kardon HK695 Computer Speakers
My speaker and headphone does not work. i tried to work on the control panel, and checked if anything mutd, but nothing is muted. I tired my best, but could not fix it. Unsure of the cause
If both speakers AND headphones aren't working and nothing is muted, it sounds (no pun intended) like your sound card has gone south. Have you checked in Device Manager to see if it's still listed? Right click My Computer>Properties>Hardware>Device Manager. Check under Sound, Video and Game Controllers to see if it's there. If so, right click and choose Update Drivers just in case it somehow got wiped out. That would be the easy fix and I hope it's not your card!
