If you are using text editor like notepad, wordpad, ms-word, etc.. then just increase the font size. You can do the same with the photo editor like photoshop, ulead, etc and graphics editor like.. corel draw..
But if you are trying to print pre-formated documents like pdf file, it's not possible, even if you zoom it from the print settings, some text will be missing and your prints will useless.
I hope this helps.
Turn the printer on, Press and hold down the POWER button while holding down the power button Open and close the top cover four times and then release the POWER button
It will print a page and in that page just look for Line Number 21 which will say like - PX = XXX XXX is the number of pages this printer has printed till date
double check ALL the print settings (i.e. paper type, document type, etc). Depending on which option it is even one "box" or "setting" being changed can alter your printers function. Try looking for options that will auto detect the type of document you are printing (ie, color, with pic, plain, etc).
1. try to re-install your printer driver 2. check all the cables or the usb ports 3. try to use other printers if you had some 4. try to re-install your windows 5. if all of those wont work its time for you to buy a new printer or change it if warranty is still available. Note: try to check your motherboard
open the related word document.
select 1 line above the Text in question, press enter twice.
That way, the text will drop by 2 lines.
try a test page on this, alternatively try using a different label layout, until you get the desired result.
