Question about Canon PIXMA MP830 All-In-One InkJet Printer
The printer was working fine. Than all of sudden one sheet of paper partially printed with a corner of the sheet torn off. After searching for a while found the piece of paper near the printer heads. I notice when you turn the on and off button the catridge heads do not move or reset. The code will not change nor will the printer do anything. Help!
6a00 is a purge unit fault, It could be there is a bit of paper or something stuck in the purge, causing it not to move back and forward causing your fault.
be best to contact some one to repair the product.
