Question about GE WPGT9350C Top Load Washer
Screen display the following: Notice: A problem has been detected with this unit. The machine does not do anything. I have unplugged and waited for 30 secs. After re-power, the machine "thinks" and not matter what cycle I select the same notice appears after the initial start. The cycles I have selected were: washing, rinse and sping. What is the solution to my problem?
Pleasant, Under the console you should find the tech sheet showing the error codes and steps to solve this issue. First try this: Press and hold the my cycle and back button together for 3 seconds. The field service screen should appear with any error codes. Make note of them. Then touch the exit button. This will clear any errors. Then unplug the unit for 1 minute. See if your washer comes back to normal. If not you will have to get into the exact error codes and track it down from there. They will be on the tech sheet. Hope this helps solving this issue.
