Question about Frigidaire FWS445RF
Our Frigidaire washing machine will not drain. We have changed out the timer switch thinking that electricity wasn't getting electricity to the water pump. We had the water pump checked and it is working. Any other suggestions?
Buba, check the lid switch for proper operation, on a lot of models if the lid switch is bad, no spin, no drain. You said you had the pump checked out. Im assuming that it was removed to check for a sock or other garment lodged in the pump. Other things you can check would be the hose from the pump to the tub, make sure it's clear and the drain hose where it exits the washer. Hope this solves the issue..

Hey friend, thank you for your post!
I see that your Frigidaire washer, FWT449GFS2 is not entering the final high spin cycle. It is possible that you could have a defective motor or timer. Since it could be any one of these underlying issues I would recommend you having a professional come out to the home for the repair of your washer. -Matt
