I have problem with my printer;always show in my computer a text and said:error in the conection of the scanner

The scan drivers may have gotten disassociated thats why it may be happening.

if the allinone is wirelessly connected you can run the setup cd and try adding a device again. if it dosent worn you have to do network troublshooting ... hit me for that again and ill let u know.

if its usb connection just follow the steps below;

This is a issue with communication between the devices and can be due to several reasons like incomplete installation(scanning drivers not installed. usb cable being too long. some ho **** on the pc already). follow the steps below and see if it works. if not you will have to mess with the registeries and thats the next level.

disconnect the usb from the printer>
insert the printer cd in the drive>
cancel the autorun that pops up>
Explore the cd from my computer>
locate the folder called ccc>
it will contain files called uninstalll1, uninstalll2,uninstalll3,uninstalll4>
run them all in the same order as above>
this will completely wipe off the hp device from the pc (it will take time each level taking more time then the one before it)
once done restart the pc>
reinsert the printer software cd and follow the onscreen instructions to reinstall the printer software again.


if this dosent work and u need steps for registery cleanup (usb entries) let me know

the scanner will always scan the documents as JPED or BMP, its the OCR software in your computer which will convert it to editable text.
if you dont have any OCR software then you can open the scanned image (TIFF) in microsoft office imaging software (something like that) and click on the W (Word) icon on the top toolbar to convert it to text

Yor probles is caused for a pour conection from the fiery with the printer. Check disconecting and conecting again both conectors printer and scanner
