My washer tub gets stuck. It just locks up. I opened up the washer and removed the belt, but the motor is not the problem. It still sticks. Even when turning it by hand, I have the same problems. I took off the bottom hoses and found nothing inhibiting the tub movement.
It seems like the problem is in the seal and my washer doesn't perform. I will free up the wheel with strenuous pushing. It might turn around two or three times but will lock up. can you help me?

Mine wouldn't spin out the cloths very good,,they were real heavy and wet. I took the lines off of the pump and pulled it off,,,to my suprise, there was about $3 in change in the pump...cleaned it out and put it back together and it works great again. no idea what that had to do with the spin speed,,,,but it worked.....just an idea

The cold water valve is probably stuck open. It should open only when there is voltage across the valve. It could just be clogged inside. If you can remove it, you might be be able to take it apart and clean it. Just make a note of how parts fit together as you are taking it apart. Clean all parts with old toothbrush and reassamble. Before you reinstall, connect it to a garden hose outside. No water should come out when you turn the hose on. If it still fails, just buy a new valve.

Hi,
It may be one of the below listed problems:
Try these measures and then revert back....
Advance the Cycle Selector knob until the indicator is a little further into the cycle.
Allow the motor to cool down for 30 minutes.
Reduce the load size. The average washer load will fill the drum 1/3 to
1/2 full. If the problem persists, call for service.
A thermal limiter switch automatically turns
off the motor in the unlikely event of an overheated situation
(electric dryers only). A service technician must replace the thermal
limiter switch after correcting the problem.
Thanks

Try buttons "dry" & "spin" together for a few seconds. This is the child lock display.
Or press "end of cycle" for over 3 seconds.
Or press "options & select" till the light goes off.
Works for other machines hope it may for you..............And please rate me if helped

Checked the internet for manuals and found one that had a blowup of the parts sequence. Also found instructions at the manufacturers site for trouble shooting and repair.

The diagnostic read e52 indicating a faulty motor or speed control board. however after removing the belt the motor functioned properly. The tub does not spin freely i am guessing the bearings are shot.
