Question about Xerox Phaser 3450DN Laser Printer
Running Mac os X Vs 10.5.5
Phaser 3450DN connected via USB
Using Phaser 3450 OSX-EN_i driver install and the printer is stuck in printer pause. it will print as I have printed the Menu map direct from printer. Everything I try to print sits in the printer que, I hit resume printer and it keeps defaulting back to 'printer paused'.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: pausing printer
Try enlarging your "Printer Buffer" if you can.. OR maybe you need to set your Parallel Port to a differsnt mode in the BIOS. And/Or try updating your "Drivers" see if this all helps.

Try downloading and installing a PCL language driver from the Xerox.com site for the phaser 3200. It looks like that could be a PostScript issue. Installing the right driver is very important anyway. If that does not help, try and copy paste the document in a new document and save first as the old document could be corrupted. If this does not help either lemme know and I think of something else.

SOURCE: Printer keeps pausing itself!!
By UI do you mean RUI (Remote User Interface)? Have you installed a network kit? If so did you upgrade firmware using SST? If not, you need to do this or printing won't work.
In service mode. Copier > Display > Version > PS/PCL there needs to be a number e.g. 30.06. If there is no number the copier does not have any print drivers on it and won't be able to print. You also need to have a N BOOT-ROM (included in network kit). There Should be a N next to the number for BOOT-ROM under Copier > Display > Version if a N BOOT-ROM is installed.
