I need help, Please!!!!!

I think I bought a faulty tape! The others in the package were fine, but not this one!

I taped my daughter's FIRST BIRTHDAY party, of all things, and when we tried to watch it, we realized that something was wrong with the tape! We thought it needed tracking, but that didn't help. The picture is as good as it's going to get without professional help!

We can hear it, and see it. It's not jumping much, if any, it just looks like it needs tracking....bad.

Please tell me someone can help me!

It wasn't caused by our camera, because the other tape that we recorded the same day is fine, and both tapes were opened at the party and put immediately into the camera.
