My Nuvi 350 was working perfectly but since i spgraded the system to 6.00, its sound is gone. No GPS or audible files, even no screen tap sounds. I tried the master re-boot but in vain. Any solution please?

Garmins Nuvi 350 - voice interactive lost

I have the same problem with my Nuvi 350. It's only about 2 months old and the sound went. I turned it on the other day to use it and the sound did not sound right, it sounded like the speaker was blown. I turned it off and turned it back on and that was it, the sound was gone. I did everything possible and can't get the sound to come back. I called Garmin and now I have to send it in for repair. I looked around the web and noticed that Garmins have big issues with the sound going on the units. I hope they fix that issue.

Have you checked the volume (wrench/volume mp3/audible 100%) Does the garmin detect the phone properly?
Have you checked the firmware thru http://www8.garmin.com/products/webupdater/howtoinstall.jsp

After you update delete the connection between garmin and phone and pair them again.

Sounds like a very dead battery, have you charged it with the wall socket yet? Are you sure the car charger works?

sounds like you erased the software from the nuvi in some way. I think you'll need to ship it to garmin. No SD cards plugged in?
