I had a MYRIAD of problems when I first got mine. I took it back after spending ENDLESS HOURS trying to tweak it.

It was the device itself; I traded it for another (same model; same everything). The first one was just a lemon. The second one has worked like a champ.

Hello there:
Unfortunatly not right now they are working on a compatability issue with this and several different types of web cams and cameras that are trying to use vista if you contact the manufacture of the cam you might be able to get help with a generic driver for this and there may be a driver for this in the drivers section in the web page ok?
hopefully this will be able to help you out

Logitechquick cam - can't see my mother

Hi,

from the logitech video instructions it says:
Going full screen is easy. When you're on a video call, just click the icon (on the left corner) to enlarge your video to full screen.
Just click on the video or press ESC to return to normal video size.
Picture-in-picture allows you to see what others see. Click on the PIP icon to turn it on.

If this is not working as it is the latest XP driver needs to be downloaded from the logitech web site.
