Why does my hp a475c shut off without warning?

Are there any other signs or more info maybe?

- Is Windows activated properly?
- Have you tried cleaning your system to remove dust (possible overheating)?
- Have you ran a virus or malware scan on the computer? (Kaspersky Internet Security and Malwarebytes Antimalware are 2 products I have used for years.)

No network sign available after format the pc

This is because you need to download and install the drivers for this computer from the HP web site.
Download the drivers from the HP web site, copy them to a USB thumb drive, and then carry the thumb drive to your DX2300 and install the drivers from the thumb drive by double-clicking on the files one-by-one.

Installation of printer

I am not on my XP machine but you may have set a value requiring all drivers (software) to be digitally signed. Check HELP and go to where it tells you to uncheck the box. Requiring everything to be digitally signed (Microsoft's dream) will cause you other problems downstream. Hope this helps....Tango
