I would suggest confirming whether the phone is SIM locked. If it is, it will be locked to a particular network operator (Globe Telecom) and the phone therefore would not accept any other SIM card. In this case, you would need to refer to Globe Telecom to unlock your phone. Other parties do not have the authority to unlock you phone.
