SOURCE: Turntable connection

Yes, you'll need to purchase a PHONO PRE-AMP, and then connect the turntable to the pre-amp, and the pre-amp to the LINE INPUT of your receiver.

SOURCE: Yamaha RX-V361 cuts off: check SP cable

Disconnect the speakers and turn on. If your receiver is ok, it will not go into protection "check spkrs" Then connect speakers, one by one, each time make sure the receiver is off, then turn it on. When you find the speaker that's causing the problem it will go into protection. At this time, disconnect the speaker at the speaker, then turn on again, if it still goes into protection, you have a speaker wire problem. If it stays on, you have a problem with the speaker. If you have a multimeter and know how to read it, check the impedance and the resistance. Check the internal workings of the speaker, bad surround from dryrot or smoked crossovers, etc. look for the obvious first. Hope this helps

I have a 2000 Monte Carlo SS, low beam headlights do not work. I have changed the headlight relay, headlight switch, checked all fuses, checked all bulbs, and cleaned the ground wires. What next?

As you can see from the diagram, the orange wire is voltage and fuse protected. The fuse circuit is hot all the time. Not only check the fuse, check the fuse circuit for voltage.

You have a short in that circuit , you need a wiring diagram an a diagram that shows wiring harness routing an a volt - ohm meter to find the short ! Locating a shorted circuit can be a real problem sometimes even for a competent auto technician ! It would depend on what circuit it is ! You best bet would be to take to a ASE certified repair shop !

Behringer sx3242fx not working .i need circuit diagram .

Behringer will not release schematics unless you are an authorized service agent... however, sometimes you can make do with the few schematics floating around... What is the problem with the unit? They typically use a switching power supply and the schematics of those aree usually similar enough to repair them.

JVC AV-36D502: Input #3 doesn't work

Good day sir, its a different issue, about the capacitor, for as long as your replacement part is correct, it will work, now, there are several things you should check, the I/O device that controls the inputs of the TV, usually an IC, check your schematic diagram to trace the fault. check also the line from the input 3 to the controller IC on your diagram. Measure the voltage across the IC Vcc to ground if the IC is getting the right power, Low voltage can be cause by faulty capacitors, on the power supply line, or the IC itself is faulty, Circuit analysis and voltage measurements are needed to trace the faulty part. hope this helps thanks.

My Samsung HT-40 home theater system throws itself into protection mode and shuts down. I put a new fan motor in but it insists on shutting down anywhere from 10 to 60 minutes of operation. No dust...

The fan is going bad and if you have replaced it try to open the case and remove the cover over all the capaciters and what not and replace that fan in the back then cut a hole in the top of the metal case directly about the cap's that warm up and install a aditional fan to act as a chimney a little noisy but i did this and the player had been runing in aux and radio mode for a few days stright now no problems at all it's alot of work and skill but for 2 5-15 dolar fans sure beats the 160 for repair or buying a new recever! make sure u turn on the recever for 10 min if the fan is not turning by then its still not good

There is no video capture from video input

This happens sometimes when you use a Windows XP Driver under Windows XP Media Center Edition and vise-versa... They slightly different versions of Windows; Windows Media Center is preset to the default capture application and is very dependant on a DirectX Video Capture SDK.

What does this mean to you?

First, try getting a registry repair tool; I use Registry Booster 2 because it is a Microsoft Certified Partner. Moreover, it fixes driver errors in the system registry and "boosts" the system performance.

If you have McAfee Security Center or Norton System Works they also have a registry repair tool...

Uninstall all the software and drivers for the device...

Run the registry repair tool to remove all the invalid entries still hanging in the system...

After you restart your computer install the...

Thomson and LG TV's difficult to switch on

It most certainly could be the cause of the problem. Most of the time when a TV set comes onm then switches off, its a fault in the power regulator circuit. Regulators can go bad all by them selfs, but most of the time, they fail due to excessive AC voltage, and or ppower surges, such as the oin off action of intermittant power would cause. On sets this old, Im not sure you would want to invest the type of cash to repair. Its onlty a guess but I would say a minimum of 125 to repair them? Its a call only you can make. You should go to this link and read this first. http://www.techlore.com/article/10602/ Good Luck Please do not forget to rate this link.
