Question about OKI Electric Industry C3520 Laser Printer
Please can someone help me with my Oki. I have just replaced the balck & yellow toners (They were empty) and now the screen says 'check toner cartridge yellow / black toner sensor error.
I need to print desperately over the weekend and there is no help line avaliable from oki. Please tell me what to do!! Thanks.
Check the little switch/door on the right hand side of the drums.
This has worked successfully for me.
After replacement of a C3530 Image Drum, the message, "Toner Sensor Error" is displayed.
The plastic shutter in the ID is fully or partially covering the toner sensor window.
Move the cover upward to allow for the sensor to become fully exposed prior to reinstalling the drum.
