Question about Computers & Internet
Have installed on my samsung laptop keyboard is working fine but although mouse is connecting with receiver it will not work on screen.I have been through various problems on screen and it seems to want me to connect to another usb port have tried this but still same result. can you help me to connect mouse please ??
once you have switched pc you will need to re-sync the wireless keyboard and mouse with the new pc, because although you have switched pc the keyboard and mouse do not know this. there should be a reset/resync button on the bottom of both the keyboard and mouse

Try disconnecting the Mouse Receiver from the
USB port and reinstall the CD software program. When
the program asks you to connect the Mouse Receiver to the USB
port, do so and it should work.
Hope this helps. Bud
