You don't need a + symbol to dial international.

  1. Step 1: Dial International Call Prefix.
  2. Step 2: Dial Country Code.
  3. Step 3: Dial City Code (area code)
  4. Step 4: Dial Local Number. So let's say you are trying to call a local number in Sao Paulo, Brazil from Miami, Florida, USA. ...

Internet disconnect using magicjack

You are trying to make an international call without paying for international payment.
To do so, click here and log into your account, using the email address and password that you used when you registered your
magicJack here.
Once logged in, click on the tab named "International/Prepaid" and enter the telephone number you will be making International
calls from and click "Submit". Make sure you enter it into the box associated with the magicJack that you have or will be adding
International Prepaid Minutes to. You will receive an email with instructions and access code, 305-848-9999.
Dial the access code to start making International calls from the phone number you registered.
Please remember that you can only register one additional number per magicJack.
Note: In order to make International calls you need to purchase International Prepaid Minutes.

Bought sim card in Cambodia for my blackberry. I can text and receive texts, but when I make a call to the same number (home, USA, CAlif) it doesnt work. How come I can text the number, but not call?

Derry, if your numbers are starting with 00 and then countrycode then local number, if yes change initially 00 with +, and then try again, if no then edit number and insert + and country code, then try to make a call. if problem persist try to check your call settings for international calls if is not a barred if yes then remove all barring calls, if problem persist try to do factory reset of device.Best of Luck.

I am trying to dial the UK on my phone but the phone number needs to start with a + sign. I don't know how to do this on my phone.

You don't actually need to dial a plus. The plus notation is often used to write out international numbers, and some telephones do allow for something called plus dialing. To call the UK from the US (which is where I assume you are),you just need to dial the international calling prefix (011), followed by the UK country code (44), and finally the local number you want to reach.

How do I insert a pause when dialing a number? For instance, when using a calling card with PIN-less dialing for international calls, I first dial a local access number, wait for a response (details of...

Look carefully on your phone's keypad. You should find one of the multi-purpose buttons labelled "Pause" possibly in white text on the body of the phone. It may be the same button marked redial. If you push this button while programing a phone number into the phone book, it will show a "P" on the screen. This will insert a pause when your number is being dialed.
