My e-mail address is [email protected], and when I type in my e-mail password my e-mail inbox does not open

it sounds like you are BT customer. if you want to use their email (don't, instead, open up a Gmail account and route your things there but:) then BT can help you with the email client settings. if you can log on here https://signin1.bt.com/login/emailloginform then your account is okay. the Mac Mail is an email client, it needs to be set to log onto BT Mail. For that BT has to authorize the access, so they have the instructions how to set up mail. Likely, that you need to create an Account, similar to Yahoo that has a port number and secure logon setting. Likely, they send this page to you: http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9962
Anyway, not a Mac problem...

Comcast.net e-mail sign-in on Sony Vaio laptop is not working. will keep on bouncing back to 'log inpage'. my password and account work on any other computer. thanks

Go into system, find the wi-fi adapter and open it up. Choose uninstall and click on it. If windows asks you if you want to remove the software from the hard drive say no. Wait for uninstall to complete than shut down the computer, shut down, not reboot. Wait a couple of minutes than turn it back on, sign in and let windows find and reinstall the driver. It now should work. 9 times out of 10 this corrects this issue.

I cant sign out form my mail. becouse i mark sign in for two weeks. but i want to signout . help me aftre read mails

The sign me in for two weeks just means that if you close the browser on the PC you are logged in with then when you revisit the site within a period of two weeks you will not need to enter your password etc. The two week login can be disabled by clicking Sign Out. The sign out heading should be near Hi, (your Yahoo! ID). You might need to do this on the computer you selected "sign me in for two weeks".

How to log in?

Go to: http://www.facebook.com/

If you have not signed up before; sign up entering your name, e-mail and create a password. Use the menu to select *** and birthdate.

After completing the form click Sign Up.

You will either get a confirming e-mail from which you can connect and log-in or you will be diercted to the login field at the top right of the webpage.

Once your account is active you simply return to the home page; weblink above and fill in your e-mail address and Password ; and then click Login.

I want to setup an email account today

Follow instructions from :
http://www.mtlaurel.lib.nj.us/about/yahooaccount.pdf

or you can directly follow the same here :

1. Go to www.mail.yahoo.com.

2. Click on the link, “Sign up”.

3. Follow the instructions and fill out the form, only the highlighted items need to be filled in.

4. Click on the “check” button to see if the name you
created is available.

5. If the name you chose is taken, you will be given other names to choose from.Either pick a name from the list or keep trying to create your own until you find
one that has not already been created.

6. Finish completing form.

7. Type in the security word that yahoo shows you on the screen exactly as you see it.You may have to do this twice.

8. Check box to agree to Yahoo terms and conditions.

9. Click “create my account”.
Important! Remember your username and password. Create something that is easy for you to remember but hard for someone else to guess. You can use letters and numbers. When you have completed your registration, Yahoo will give you a page with your username information. Print this page if you like.

10. Click on “continue”.
You can now start using your free account!
Take some time to click around on your yahoo mail account screen to see all the features available in your account.

Always remember to log out of your account when you’re finished or others will be able to access your e-mail.
To log back on go to www.mail.yahoo.com.

I can't log in to my Yahoo! Mail Account since yesterday.

Try using another computer, if the problem happens there as well, then try using the forgot password link and triple check that you wrote everything correctly.

Use the forgot password link or similar, or email yahoo support directly to find out the problem.

This can just be due to corrupted temp int files. Clear the temporary internet files or browser cache and cookies on the browser that you are using.
