Question about HP LaserJet 3600n Printer
We have a HP 3600n color laser printer. The black cartridge (Q6470A) ran out. A local business said that they could refill it. They did ad I reinstalled it. The screen on the printer says "Replace Black Cartridge" Error 10.10.00.
I know that it is something to do with the memory tag on the back of the cartridge. I have tried the usual procedures of removing the cartridge closing door, opening door, reinserting, restarting, etc. etc. already but that doesnt work.
Is there anyway to reset it - like perhaps the Service Code menu?
Check the latch on the right side of the black cartridge. They have a problem with them breaking. There is a new style available.
