Why games are lGgy

Hello, I'm a huge gamer and a computer tech. What games are you trying to play? Oh, Need for Speed. Sounds like you have a really nice processor, But most any realistic graphic based games will not run with a on-board video. A dedicated video card will run many high end realistic PC video games with ease. This issue is very common with PCs and MACs for gaming. Solution would be to find a video card that would support all the games you wish to play.

ASUS CUSI-M ACPI BIOS Revision 1007 run very slow when i wana use 1024 by 768 pixel.how i can solve this problem.my processor speed is 700 MHz. 2.is it possible AMD 1.3 processor connect with this...

Getting you're system to display 1024 x 768 resolution depends on the graphics card. If you’re using the onboard VGA you will have poor display.
Suggest you use a PCI (White slot) graphics card with its own memory onboard. You will also need to make a bios setting change so the system boots to the PCI card and not the VGA.
Asus no longer provides support for this MB including drivers and bios.
You're board also supports slot A (For AMD), processors.
Only Intel Celeron and Intel Pentium III. Socket 370
see link provided;
http://www.cpu-upgrade.com/mb-ASUS/CUSI-M.html
Max CPU supported (With out over clocking);
http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Celeron/Intel-Celeron%201100%20-%20RB80526RY005128%20(BX80526F1100128).html
In order to run this CPU you would need to update the bios to rev 1009. You'll find rev 1009 at the next link; http://www.userdrivers.com/BIOS/Asus-CUSI-M-BIOS-1009-With-LAN/
From what I've read it is possible to Get an AMD slot A CPU into a socket 370 MB. (Don't hold me to this though. This is a first for an old dog.
Any one of these PCI graphics cards should function on you're MB; http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/Category/guidedSearch.asp?CatId=28&sel=Detail;55_158_2872_2872

Good luck!
Hope you find this helpful

My AMD 3200+ 400/333 chip has died, what can I replace it with? The motherboard is an Asus A7N8X.

Anything in AMDs Socket A line of processors should work.

The AMD Athlon XP 3200 was one of the best processors that would work in that board. Good luck finding one though.

How to upgrade processor on ASUS A7A266 motherboard?

looking at this old motherboard the 2400 is unlikely to work, the motherboard has a cpu fsb support of 133mhz and supports the duron processors.

offhand, 2400 wont work.

Pc upgrade !

IAN.S

Where you need to be is on Asus web site. Your board can handle ONLY; Athlon XP 3200+(400 MHz FSB)(Model 10)(Barton), AXDA3200BOX
With that CPU you must also have bios version 1004.
Check PCB and BIOS versions before flashing BIOS!
asus A7N8X supported CPU click here; http://support.asus.com/cpusupport/cpusupport.aspx?SLanguage=en-us&model=A7N8X

Since you seem to need your manual. Click the link:
http://dlsvr01.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/socka/nforce2/a7n8x/e1859_a7n8x.pdf

You do not have an intergrated video card. You have a 1.5v 8x
AGP video slot.
I suggest you call Asus & make sure your CPU model AXDA3200DKV4E will be supported over model AXDA3200BOX.
You can call Asus tech M-F EST at 812-282-2787.

Good luck & Have a great day!

Reg-problems facing while operating computer

check bios setup (pres del or f10 at startup) for cpu speed if speed is mentioned less than actual then change to the right value. if cpu speed is ok in bios then speed info might have changed from registry. my computer>hkey_local_machine>hardware>description>system>central processor>hightlight o folder>on the right pane select processor name status> change this to original value.
