Hi. Many of my customers faced this problem. The fastest and easiestway to fix this is to uninstall flash player using uninstaller providedby adobe itself.

1. Close all programs and download the uninstaller from the link
http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/uninstall_flash_player.exe

2. Run it and restart the computer once complete.
3.Now open any website which requires flash player like youtube. Theywill ask you to download flash player. Download and install the flashplayer and it will work.

Lead flah all the time

Flash management has become more important as vendors push the cost of flash down by using less expensive (and less reliable) flash media. But with so many ways to implement flash storage technology, it can be a bit overwhelming. One popular approach uses the flash storage as a cache for hot data, but there are a number of different -- yet equally beneficial -- approaches for flash caching today.
In this three-part guide, you'll learn the pros and cons of flash caching, which stores a copy of data temporarily in NAND flash-memory chips, and flash tiering, which moves data exclusively to a flash tier, where it sits for longer periods of time. This guide on flash caching and management compares the different approaches for flash caching today, compares it with flash tiering, discusses the strengths and weaknesses of each flash storage technology approach, and more.

My Hotpoint Aquarius WF430 1300 doesn't complete its cycle, it stops after the wash & doesn't go on to the rinse & final spin. It seems to "freeze" after the wash is finished as the lights remain...

I think the technician installed a bootleg copy of XP on my VAIO when he replaced the hard drive. What are my options?

First, what version of windows did you have before? if you had Windows XP do you still have the Certificate of Authenticity (known herein as a C.O.A.).

Some computer manufacturers put the COA on the bottom of the laptop.

Some enclose them with the manual and paper work pertaining to Windows when you bought your computer.

If so just, do a repair installation and use your COA.

I am suspect of any Tech who uses a hacked Windows OS.

If you cannot find the COA that came with your computer, then your options are as follows:

Buy a new copy of Windows XP cost @ $100 - $150
of Vista or Windows 7.

use Ubuntu Linux desktop cost - Free
easy to use and little to no worries about hackers, viruses and having to install drivers.

Hotpoint Aquarius model number WF340P all lights are flashing

First, you need to stop the power to the appliance and wait 2 minutes before re-energizing; this many times resets the logic board and removes crazy actions. 2nd, are all the lights flashing continuously or are they flashing several times then pausing and flashing they same several times again? If they flash nonstop, this may indicate a control board failure. If they flash a certain number of times, this would indicate a fault occurance at some item in the appliance. Your owners manual would usually show this list of flash codes in the trouble shoot section. If you do not have a manual , Call GE (general-electric) and ask to have a manual sent to you; you could also ask about the flash code meaning since this is becoming a more and more prevelant problem and manufactures have been educating their phone help people to know some of these standard answers.
Good luck, Macgivor

All lights flashing on front panel

That is an indication that the board has gone faulty. Replace it and install a surge plug as well.

Hoover HNL7166 'Start Delay' light flashing

Hoover (Nextra series) washing machines

The 'Start' & 'Pause' LED's will flash together to indicate the error code. You have to count the flashes within each 15 second period to get that error code. The start and the pause LED's will flash together at 1Hz (i.e 1 flash per second) within that 15 second time frame, then will continue and show again within another 15secs and so on.

1 Flash = Interlock fault
2 Flashes = Fill time-out
3 flashes = Drain time-out
4 flashes = Overfill fault presure pipe blocked
5 flashes = NTC error
6 flashes = faulty control board
7 flashes = Motor jammed
8 flashes = Tacho fault
9 flashes = Motor triac on module board
10 flashes = Prog Selector or wiring fault
