To change the wallpaper on your Android phone, follow the steps below:

I think the picture showing on your TV is like wallpaper, the T-con or Main board defective may cause that problem. “now blue with no sound” it tells you 99% the problem on the main board.

from the main phone screen, push the menu button --> options --> phone display options--> where is says show dial pad, the other choice on the drop down menu is show wallpaper, then click the picture to the right, and any picture you have in your phone you can use as a wallpaper for the main screen.

this may be because that the size of the pictures that you carnt use are 2 big for the screen if you have transfered from a dig cam or computer .
you would need to resize them all and then they will work

make sure image is in images folder,go to settings-display settings-wallpaper,should go straight to image file,then pick your picture ,click on picture should bring up full screen with set at bottom click set and your done!!!!
