Check if you did it well first checking this link:
After that be sure about your the NAMES of your mail server (POP3 incomming - SMTP outgoing)
Also check your name account and password.
Verify that (name and pass) with your internet provider.
If still no working ask to your internet provider to check with you your settings, or assign a new password to your account (normally reseting the pass by your provider fix the problem).
