Without disclosing any personal details, can you give a step by step explanation of exactly what you are doing and what happens. Please also confirm that you have a fully signed up paypal account. Can you also tell me whether you have successfully been able to send payment to other people?

    Thanks..

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Purchasing Issues
We're sorry to hear that you're having difficulties with your purchase. Because payment errors could be caused by any number of steps in the payment process, they're often difficult to track down. If you can't purchase the game, first try your purchase on another web browser or device. Please see below for a list of possible purchasing issues.

Purchases through Mojang may be international purchases for those outside of Europe. If a credit or debit card payment is not going through, you may want to contact your card company to ask about the status of the transaction.

Paypal is not currently an option for purchasing a Minecraft gift code online. However, you can still purchase a Minecraft account using Paypal.

Due to US law, many or all prepaid debit cards (such as Visa Vanilla) purchased in the US will not work for Minecraft purchases, as the company is located outside of the US.

Gift codes cannot be purchased in the US at this time. You may want to look into a prepaid card, which is available in many parts of the world.

How can I deposit a check into my paypal account

Here's how you can add money to your PayPal balance from your bank account:
  • Log in to your PayPal account.
  • Click Add Funds near the top of the page.
  • Click Add funds from a U.S. bank account.
  • Select your bank account (if you have more than one).
  • Enter the amount you want to transfer and click Continue.
  • Review the transfer details and click Submit.
You can also add balance by mailing a check, money order, or cashier's check to paypal
  • Make the payment payable to "PayPal Inc."
  • Write your name and email address registered with PayPal on the payment.
  • Send the payment to:
    PayPal
    P.O. Box 45950
    Omaha, NE 68145-0950
    United States
If you send a check, it will take 7 business days before the funds are credited to your account to make sure the check clears. If you send a money order, it will be credited to your account two days after being deposited in the bank.

Why, after years of using the same credit cards for payment, can my wife and I no longer do the same anymore?

Try checking the expiration date saved in the Paypal account for the credit card that you wish to use for payment to make sure it has not expired. If it has not expired and the date listed for that card in Paypal is current, then delete the card from your payment option choices. After the card is deleted, close Paypal and the internet. Reopen the internet and go back to Paypal. Choose add a new payment method and re-enter the credit card information that you wish to use as a payment source. This should correct the problem.

When i try for an item i get this message = 'This card cannot be used for this transaction. You can complete the checkout with another debit or credit card. Please enter your new card information...

Here's the real info PayPal does not advertise, market or even wants to tell you about paying with a credit card.

With PayPal's Website Payments Standard, PayPal does say that you don't have to have a PayPal Account to make a purchase. And they provide an option for you as a Premier Account owner or Business Account owner to configure your account to allow customers to pay with a credit card and/or open/use your PayPal Account. This information is valid.

The small bit of very important information not told to you is the following. Lets say you have returning customers or have clients that pay you for services on a regular basis. After your customer or client pays you 3 to 4 times using the same credit card, PayPal will interrupt the transactions and require the customer or client to open a PayPal Account or use a totally different credit card.

People need to understand that PayPal's mission it to sign up new business or accounts. It's just that simple. And although Website Payments Standard is great concept becasue you pay only for the services you use, there are limitations. As they say, you get what you pay for.

For folks who really just want their customers or clients to pay with a credit card with no limitations, then the product to use is Website Payments Pro. However, with Pro, there is a monthly fee, security requirements and transaction fees.

I recently lost my credit card (approx. a month ago) and had it cancelled and new credit card issued. That old/lost card is the one registered with Paypal. I want to reestablish Paypal with my new credit...

Hi,

Please follow the below step for your problem.

Step 1: Log in to your paypal account.

Step 2: Click profile at the top of the page.

Step 3: Click Credit/Debit Cards under financial information.

Step 4: Select the credit card to remove and click remove your old credit card.

A few things to keep in mind:

1) You cannot remove a card if you have a pending transaction or if your card was the backup payment method for a recent instant bank payment. Wait a few days and try again.

2) You may not be able to remove your card if you have negative balance in your paypal account. In this situation, you must bring your balance to zero or higher to remove your card.

3) If you remove your only card and have confirmed bank account, you'll no longer be able to make instant bank payments. Instead they'll be sent as eChecks, which take three to four working days to process.

After remove your old credit card, you can attached your new credit card with your paypal account.

Thanking you

Purchused the series Windfall on March 31 the seller said it would be here in 2 weeks. I am still waiting. Sellers name is Jeffrey Thomas. email address rockgod316@hotmail.com

If you purchased the product and its been 2 weeks now and you were not able to received it you may file dispute with paypal for non receipt of the item. And in doing that PayPal would hold the payment and informed the seller to shipped the item and provide proof of purchase before having the payment credited again to his account. Or if you want you may contact the seller directly by sending email or contacting him by phone.

For some unspecified reason my card payment to Ebay was denied today why?

1) If you have a different type of credit/debit card - often no cards are accepted by the many eBay sellers, only direct paypal payment via paypal.com website.
1) If you have PayPal Visa card then I assume it still counts as PayPal payment, even if eBay sellers don't accept credit/debit cards - you should definitely complain to paypal.com or ebay.com

The transaction for paypal didn't work on the page.

Why has my credit or debit card been charged twice?

Question :
Answer :
A

Duplicate charges may be the result of sending a payment multiple times; for example, if you clicked the Send Money button several times. If the duplicate charge is the result of multiple payments that you made, the charges will not be credited to your card. You will need to contact the recipient to request a refund. To check for duplicate payments, please consult your History page.

1. Log in to your account at https://www.paypal.com/.
2. Click the History subtab.
3. Click the status of any transaction for more information.
