Chances are your phone got too hot during the night and overcharged the Lithium Ion battery. If those batteries are exposed to too much heat then they won't have the battery life they used to have. You need to purchase a replacement battery or contact your wireless carrier to see about getting another one.
i left my phone charging over night becasue i was using the alarm, when i woke up the phone was off and wouldnt turn back on, ive tried different batterys and chargers, sometimes when i plug the charger in the I.R in the side flashes, i dont know what else to try is there anything?
This may or may not work but give it a shot. At times the silver battery contacts can get a small amount of buildup on them preventing a good contact. Remove the battery and sim chip from the phone, take a regular pencil eraser and clean the contacts on both the battery and sim chip. Clean the eraser residue off both and reinstall. Charge the phone for a couple of hours and try it out. Hope this helps!
