I have a Danby Designer DMW745SS 0.7 cubic inch, microwave oven and I cannot get any of the buttons to work, its like it is locked or something, I got it for a chrsitmas gift and have never been able to use it.

The first thing I would suggest is a hard reset. Unplug the unit for a minute or so. Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again.

If that doesn't work, leave it unplugged for maybe an hour. Then let us know if the hard reset does not fix it.

Does the manual mention any kind of child lock?
