Question about Linksys BEFSR41 Cable/DSL Router W/4 Port Switch, Retail Box (DSLSBEFSR41)
HS Internet 1.5Mbps ADSL > 3Com Home Connect modem > Linksys BEFSR41
Several times in the last few months I have lost my HS ADSL Internet connection. I've determined it's a problem with my Linksys router, by simply pulling it's power for several minutes.
This router is several years old and up until recently has provided solid service.
Is this router failing or is some outside action causing it to lock up?
There's a possibility that the router is already going bad but you can try first updating the firmware of the router because sometimes this problem is related to the software of the router so you may need to update its firmware,but if still after updating and still the same a new router will be the best solution for this problem of yours..You can also call this number for technical support help and double checking if the router is bad or still can be fix 1-877-787-8749...
