Question about Washing Machines
I bought my Epic Z washer in April of this year. I told the salesman I lived on the second floor in a condo and needed something that was quiet and that would operate with no shaking on the second floor. A few months later, I have had a service dept out three times, as there is a horrible vibration in the washer and it 'walks' around my laundry room when it spins. The service men seem to be stumped, the applicance store has done nothing, Maytag says it's an unstable floor. So am I out $2000? This has been extremely frustrating.
Do you if these gadgets work with pedestals. I bought the Maytag pedestals for both washer and dryer.

It is not the washer/dryer. I have the Epic Z stacked...in my laundry room which is concrete is the perfect solution. It does not jump like you suggest.....the problem is that most floors not in the basement are not built for laundry facilities....my husband has been in the biz for 30+ years and he is adamant, to this day, all washers and dryers should be in the lower level on a concrete floor.
