My keyboard is making me extremely upset because of the fact that all of the keys have stopped working except the e-mail,home,calculator and audio off keys. I have : -Updated XP to Service pack two -Connected to keyboard many of times -Restarted computer many times -Switched the usb ports into almost all of them
The problem is after I switch the usb ports, they work BUT the previous ones continue to not work. Currently I'm on my last usb port. Also my mouse is still working, that's the only thing that's well.

Sounds like your keyboard has died...Try to perform a reboot, and make sure the battery is seated correctly. You will most likely have to get it replaced. I recommend going with a Microsoft wireless keyboard and mouse. Its a lot better than Logitech!!
Go to Control Panel.
1. Click on Keyboard.
2. When the Keyboard Properties come up, CLICK on Key Settings.
3. Then set up the keys by selecting the Key to be changed.
Hope this will help some. Bud
take keyboard apart. or wait for it to dry out. put keyboard in front of a fan. wait a day or so, try it again. if you cant get it to work, try taking it apart and checking the pads under the keys for damage.
Look on underside of keyboard there should be a button to push that will transmit to the receiver
1st push the button on the receiver
2nd make sure batteries are inserted in right direction into keyboard then push the botton on bottom of keyboard
that should make it work
Hope that helps friend
Have you tried re-setting the frequency for one of the devices? simply click the button on the infra-red unit then click the button on the back of keyboard and notice the infra-red unit stopped scanning.
