yes, the batter can be re placed, but i would verify its charging before buying a battery.
make sure green light is on the car charger (or a known good charger0 and let it plugged in for awhile, then hold the power button (up to ten seconds) until it starts..
after its started, go to the system setting. the battery meter should be moving left to right. if its all green and turns off when unplugged, the battery needs replaced.

i dont see any screws and im afraid to pull it apart cause it might break...is there a certain way of taking them apart?
it will not turn on , bought new charger nothing so my charger should be good
