Question about eBay Auctions
Mistake was made with the price of my item. I had a $70.00 reserve on it and it went for $15.00 the first bid. Buyer very rude and very nasty. What do I do. Josephine Bieling firstname.lastname@example.org
The sad truth is ebay doesn't and will not talk to users directly "live" on the phone. When I called these corporate ebay numbers, all paths led back to their website. The closest thing to live interface with a rep is through "live chat" support available through their site. A thought, if you get a rep in a chat session, hit him up for phone number, be relentless, **** him/her off if you have to, but, get resolution to your issue. This is the best I have to offer, I hope it helps.
