Question about Zanussi 24 in. DE6544 Built-in Dishwasher
Drying and indicator lights are flashing.
When I clear the fault and try to restart a cycle the programme starts and lasts for about 1min then fault indicator repeats.
I'm able to spin the impella on the pump inside the dishwasher and it seems to be free.
Has anyone got any Ideas ?
find the power source (usually at the circuit breaker panel)-then turn the breaker for the dishwasher off and return to on after 10 minutes and try restarting.

I have the same problem if you take off the tray below the front door and set a small blow heater in there it will dry the out the anti flood switch. It usally takes about 25 mins for the machine to start working again.

Make sure you unplug before you start. I had the same problem with a DE6850. The heater was ok. Metered at 25.ohms. Apparently, the relay on the control board mounted in the front door behind the switches is a common fault. Remove the screws around the top part of the door and you will be able to get at the control module. Resolder the connection. Zanussi reliability has been lost. Noel P
