My mp3player erases all my songs!!!!!

I can download songs onto my mp3 player just fine, but when i try to put them on it, all my other songs get erased. THIS HAPPENS EVERY TIME!!!!

Dont realy understand your Q's.... Are you meaning that when you play your songs thats in the player, it dessapears? If thats the case you have a faulty flash ic. Take your player back.

you need to hit the sync button you are hitting the shuffle button instead I had the exact same problem
