Can anyone help with CD Decks? (Citronic MPCD-S3)

I think this should be a simple fix! The deck will have switches at the top of the cassette compartment. These detect the tape and also select it for type - metal or chrome etc. These switches have become bent or damaged or have dirt on them.

verify your amps input. hook up a portable cd player with a headphone to rca "y" adapter to the amp and try that, to make sure it isnt an issue with the reciever/cd deck oir the input circuit. if the amp works correctly with the protable cd player/ walkman.mp3 player whatever, instead of the car deck, then something is wrong with your decks audio output. if it does not work with a secondary input device then perhaps you have the power hooked wrong. there should be both a red and yellow power lead from the amp, the red should be connected directly to the battery, and the yellow to the "acc on" (any circuit that turns on only when the car or stereo is turned on, sometimes connected directly to the stereo). both can be connected directly to the battery, but the yellow would need a switch, in that case, to turn the amp off when not in use.

Laser needs changing
On one of mine the anti shock just flashes and the cd wont play. Any ideas?

Yes, you can repair this problem, you have to change micro switch on both decks

Most cd players are in the main dash panel. If you do not have a cd slot, you likely don't have a cd player. These vans usually don't come with them and you have to install an aftermarket cd player.
If you have a cd disc changer, it is likely in the very rear of the vehicle.

I had the same problem with a pair of mpcds-6 bought a year apart that developed the same fault a few weeks ago, the repair technician said the units use a belt drive for the loading / eject system, cost was £90.00 for replacement belts for both units which included a
clean up and healthcheck of the lasers, ensure a genuine replacement belt is fitted. this should solve your problem.
