Lexmark does not distribute replacement install disk for all models.
Contact Lexmark here, to see if the disk for your printer is available.
If you do not have the disk you must download the software from Internet, follow instructions below,

A web page will open, follow instructions, select model, select operative system etc., and click on download .
Chose to download the file in my documents when asked.
Afterdownloading,findthefile,double click on the file, then if you get introubles,follow theinstructions below to reset and reinstall drivers:

Please visit the Lexmark website to download and install the Lexmark X9350 Printer Driver on your computer. Select your operating system > click on "FILTER" > click on the driver under Recommended Downloads > download and execute the file. Simply follow the instructions on your computer screen to complete the installation.
