Hi,
When you press the CTRL+ Dek key, the task manager would come up, Click on the processes tab. Select Outlook.exe or windows mail.exe in the list and select end proccess.
If the same doesnot work, try restarting your computer and then configure the router once again.

Thanks
Proton

You didn't supply the OS you are using, it may be a software compatibility issue. Look for download for your OS. Try Belkin Support : http://www.belkin.com/us/support-product?rnId=6054

Some virus enter my pro camfrog now the serial not work

you should try to:

1. Reinstall the software
2. do a Virus scan
3. check that your virus program is a legit Virus program
(some virus programs contains malware, virus trojans aso. and doesn't protect your computer)
if you dont know if your virus program is legit, try some free programs like(for private, not business):
a. avg
b. avast
c. Avira AntiVir
4. you have a bought a fake or downloaded a fake and the CD-key/serial has been closed.
(some sell fake software on the street)

I have totalmedia 3,5 arcsoft per windows vista, but i need to use it with windows 7. Could you help me? Thank you Gennaro

The router may not be the problem. It may be the compatibility issue.
Here is the article that addresses running older program with Windows 7
Make older programs run in this version of Windows

Most programs written for Windows Vista also work in this version of Windows, but some older programs might run poorly or not at all. If a program written for an earlier version of Windows doesn't run correctly, you can try changing the compatibility settings for the program, either manually or by using the Program Compatibility troubleshooter.

getcontent.aspx?assetid=745c7204-cf9f-46fb-a86c-98d4b9c644cf&documentset=en-us&prod=win700&market=us Go to the Windows website to watch the video. (1:26)

If changing the settings doesn't fix the problem, go to the program manufacturer's website to see if there is an update for the program.
Warning

  • Do not use the Program Compatibility troubleshooter on older antivirus programs, disk utilities, or other system programs because it might cause data loss or create a security risk.

To run the Program Compatibility troubleshooter
  1. ?id=microsoft.windows.resources.shellexecutetopiciconClick to open the Program Compatibility troubleshooter.

  2. Follow the instructions in the troubleshooter.

If you cannot install a program, insert the installation disc for the program and, using the troubleshooter, browse to the program's setup file, usually called Setup.exe, Install.exe, or something similar. The troubleshooter is not designed to work on programs that have an .msi file name extension.
Tip

  • You can also open the Program Compatibility troubleshooter by right-clicking a program's icon or shortcut and then clicking Troubleshoot compatibility.

To change compatibility settings manually for a program, right-click the program icon, click Properties, and then click the Compatibility tab.

I want to close my yahoo chat messanger. I do not need it Please show me how to close this chat messanger for good.

If i understand correctly, you want to remove the Yahoo Chat Messenger from your computer completely. If that is the case then you follow these steps:
Click the Start button in the lower left corner and then open the Control Panel.
Doubleclick on an icon that says: "Add or Remove Programs". That opens a list of all your programs in the computer.
Scroll down until you find: "Yahoo! Messenger" and click on it.
Then you click "Change/Remove" which starts the process to uninstall the program.
Follow the instructions until it is finished and then restart your computer.
That removes Yahoo! Messenger from your computer permanently.

I have win 7 64 bit, the old version of EUB-362 EXT (FCC)(INT)LFP win xp 32bit doesn]t work

Yes, the 64 bit is the line in the sand for many older programs. You can try compatibility mode, but some programs just will not run under 64 bit, and there is no option but to upgrade the program...64 bit uses "business" version of standards, and now it is all you can buy....

Try running Windows Updates on your computer to see if there are updates for Internet Explorer. Also, try running Internet Explorer in Safe Mode.
