Have recently paid full year's subscription Unlimited Europe Wide and yet cannot now use Skype as keep getting message saying 'no credit' The old subsription of pay as you go has obviously run out and I thought that the new subscription would automatically kick in straight away. Have contacted Skype but not heard back and really need to use it.

Maybe you have a corrupted program/application. Call your credit processor for the download process of your application. But before downloading, don't forget to batch and settle your unit if you can. First of all BAD RTC can be fixed. Problem will come up if your internal battery is going bad and most of the time it comes with the "TAMPER" message also. By replacing the internal battery and reloading the Verifone program will solve the problem. Just to let you know the Verifone machines are equipped with multiple sensors inside it. If for some reason the sensors were disturbed (i.e. broken plastic casing, unit dropped,...) , the machine will come up with the BAD RTC and TAMPER message too. To delete a Skype account permanently, you need to send a request by e-mail to email@example.com. They will permanently remove all of your data after verification of your identity. You can also do almost the same thing as deleting it by changing the name to random letters that no one will find, and then deleting all of your contacts. No one will ever find it again.
