Motorola Q9m frozen how can I get my contacts

I can't tell you how many times this phone has frozen, and unless you've been using a sync program, you're out of luck.

You can do a hard reset, which resets the phone to factory settings by removing the battery to shut down, then put the battery back in. Hold down the middle key on the silver directional pad while powering on. It takes 5-10 seconds but you will see the "Master Reset" option on your screen, follow the directions.

This happened all the time until I went to the Motorola site and did full phone update ( http://direct.motorola.com/hellomoto/Motosupport/source/SoftwareUpdateSelect.asp?country=USA&language=ENS ) Now my Q9m which used to freeze 1-2 times per month hasn't frozen in 6 months - good luck!

my moto Q9H always freeze when keypad is lock. i can't unlock the keypad and try to replace battery. how can i fix this problem. I already try to click master reset....but the problem still going on. please give me a solution. thank you very much.
