my mother board is not display but it on and evry thing is right but it didnot display

WizFirstly your motherboard doesn't have video capabilities built in so you have an addon video card.
I doubt there's any problem with the board as it's jumperless and you can't have the CPU settings wrong.
Are you getting any beeps when you switch on? The length and number of beeps can tell you where the problem is. The usual problem with no video is either a memory problem or video card problem. If you can borrow another video card try it. Make sure the plug is correctly inserted all the way in and make sure the video card is properly seated in it's slot. I assume you're using the 4x AGP slot. Remove that and try another ot even a PCI card in the PCI slots. You may then get a picture.
Actually apart from finding it hard to figure out your actual problem it's very hard to diagnose a fault from the little you've told me.
Certainly the motherboard can be faulty and you won't get video but it's the video card you should be looking at first. Have you turned the monitor on and plugged it in?
