Panasonic KX-HCM280 NETWORK Camara does not zoom anymore

The zoom feuture stop working, the cam shows slow to remote comands, it does not let me configure the type of view to install it at the ceiling.

- I see how the zoom works by unplugin and pluging back the power cord to the camera. But when I connect remotely in a local network and tell the camara to zoom it doesn´t. It does the tilt and the pan but only the zoom not.

Normal 0 Probably has corrupt driver.
Try disconnecting the Camera from the USB port and reinstall the CD or Downloaded software program. When the program asks you to connect the camera to the USB port, do so and it should work.
