Can u please tell me where i find the driver of this sound card...via 3058 AC97 audio

you don't need antother drive. the AC97 come with serveral drivers.

Avance ac'97 audio for via audio controler


You should be able to use the AC97 codecs available from Realtek for your device. There is a choice of two - standard AC97 or AC97 HD (both are available from the link provided), one of these should be compatible.

No audio-voice from PC


The latest AC97 drivers are available from Realtek. You have two choices - the standard AC97 or the AC97 HD Audio (both are available for download from the linked page).

Need an audio driver


Windows 7 is an beta version. you cant find drivers for that beta version yet

If this is the P4VMM2 made by ECS you can get the driver by clicking the link below

Real tek AC97


here is th link for AC97 which is porduced by Intel (not a real good one at that)http://www.brothersoft.com/realtek-ac97-audio-driver-65159.html
directx 9.0 is superseeded by 10.

these 2 files should fix what you have.
