I payed 19.99 on my credit card to this software and now it will not let me do anything i also have my activation code they gave me

I don't like to pay anything on line with credit card. If the wrong person just happens to get your account number you are in a mess. If the credit card company does not help you I would cancel my card.and ask for another one. I was scammed and lost some money and I cancelled my card and will not pay anything over the internet.

U pay nada for the account. But if you add applications that are priced, you need to pay for those - that is why they ask for a credit card number in the beginning - for "in case." But many apps are free so it should not cost you anything to have your roku up and running.

HURRY AND CALL their customer service department. AFTER you have notified your credit card provider U may have to close that credit card and get a new issue. Definitely check your credit cards to see if there unauthorized activity. With so much going on, the first thing is to CALL your credit card. Next don't accept anything. By all means call and get that settled and report that to your credit card. Sounds like some unauthorized activity.

Like the letter that came with the new credit card says, you should call a phone number and give them a security code. No call, no activation. Don't try to activate a credit card online on a site you don't know .

As much as we appreciate the offer, FixYa is a free service and we don't need your credit card info. If you want to change your credit card info with another website, please do it on that website.

In general activation codes cost money. The easiest way to get an activation code is to use a credit card or debit card and pay for one online then enter it into the software.
However, there are other illegal means of getting activation codes. I do not recommend them but I figure that sense you asked and I know I probably shouldn't keep the knowledge back. Again, do not use this method to get an activation code. For the illegal way you will need a torrent client, do a google search for uTorrent (works on Mac, PC and Linux). After that go to piratebay.org or any other torrent hosting website and search for your game+"Activation Code". That may or may not work, also it is illegal so I would not recommend using this second method. Also, as an artist in the digital medium I strongly ask that you just buy the activation code. It's an ethical thing.

You have to remove current active card from paypal account. The add or link another credit card to paypal & verify it.

Then you may pay for item by this credit card.

I'm not sure if you're posting this question in the right place but here are my suggestions based on the info you are providing in your question:

1. find out with your financial institution if they will be providing a replacement card, most financial institutions should do this automatically and advise of your creditors that a replacement card is being issued. you may need to contact them directly and let them know of any changes prior the expiration date but get the new card before.

2. if it's a matter of paying one invoice there are always alternative solutions that should work, a debit-credit card from your bank, a wire transfer from your bank account, a money order are widely accepted solutions.

3. get the payee to change the credit card for another credit card you may own or someone else's credit card that may allow you to use it temporary, you can always pay that person in cash for a couple of months until your get your credit card issue or paypal issue resolved.

4. have you tried to load your paypal account from your bank account, simply go to www.paypal.com, log in and under the load section you should be provided with links to load your paypal account from a bank account, have your bank account info ready.

it is not a scam .then why did you bought it ,i did on my magellan maestro 4000 the firmware update and map but this unit does not come with turn by turn like the old roadmate700 which gave the option to turn on or off turn by turn voice.but what can you do that is life. regardless you must go to magellan website and do all the Upgrades and Maps Updates
