Question about Panasonic Panafax UF-885 Plain Paper Laser Fax
We used to send faxes immediately (direct) where the phone number or one touch number would dial as soon as you entered it and then the paper feeds and processes once the conneciton is made. Now we cannot send out a fax unless we press the"Memory" button first which feeds the paper into memory and then it dials the number which we do not want.
There should be a setting under user paramaters in the menu section that will allow you to change the default "memory on" setting to "off".
The user parameters set on the menu currently can also be printed for you to go through at your leisure so that you can customise the machine to your own personal prefferences.
