- I can't use my Dvd/wr drive to burn any thing, I have updated the drive from HP, now it payes but still can't burn. !!!- albuluwiSolution #1

try cleaning the lens
u can carefuly try cleaning it using a small piece of cotton or soft cloth
the lens could be reached when u open the tray of the drive
do that with great care the lens is so delicate its could be easily broken or scratched
