Connect the mp3 player to computer and then see whether the mp3 player memory shows as a drive letter in your explorer, if not, you need to take out your memory card and connect using a card reader, or plug-in to card reader slot if there's any on your computer. Firstly, do not save any new song or file
on this player in case that anything new would rewrite this deleted file and
make it gone forever.
