There is no voice when I replayed the camcorders

What happens to the audio when you play the tape in another machine? Does it still drop out? Check the tape visually when it has no sound and see if the edge of the tape is creased.

Also is the picture OK when the sound goes off. Does it jump around ans lose sync. If it does it means that the tape is mistracking. It's possible for the tape guides to go out of alignment but usually this is accompanied by picture breakup too.

If you've never done it before don't attempt to realign the guides youself, you can really put it out of alighnment and it will damage the tape.

Is the microphone built in or removeable? if it's the latter then check the connections and make sure nothing's broken. If there's a switch to go from internal mic to external mic see if it's switched to the proper position, it could be half way between internal and external.

I'm opting for a tape problem, Either way a trip to a repair shop may be the best bet.
