I assume that you had to replace the cartridge recently,
There is a few things that could be causing the problem:
Please remove the cartridge and check carefully that all tapes and seals that were for transport and storage purposes have been removed. Then re-insert the cartridge carefully, making sure that it is correctly seated in its holder, close the machine and try a test print.
