Problem for Philips HDD1630 (6 GB) MP3 Player

I cant see my list of songs

when i turn on my mp3 i go to my play list and all it says is list empty ..but then i try to go down ..cuz there like lil boxes in a row underneath it then it freezes up so i ahve to troubleshoot it. but when i plug it up to my computer it says i still have all my songs.. but if i go to my recordings i can look at them on the mp3 . and listen to them but ic ant do nuthin with my songs.. wats the problem .. and i dont have a cd to it to repair it..hope u can help me

- i plugged my mp3 into my computer and it showed the songs that i put into it but when i unplugged it, i went to the music selections it showed empty.what do i do?

Well mate you'll need to start all over again, so what you'll have to do is format your player but dont forget to back up all your songs.
You have a corrupted software.

i Think that ur songs are hided. fix it like:
1. goto command prompt (win xp: start->run->cmd
2. goto inside muvo's removable disk (like to k:\)
3. type "attrib *.* -h"
