Question about Televison & Video
My panasonic Quintrix old tv has suddenly stopped and after that nodisplay is coming up, only the black screen. what might be the problem.
Yesterday while watching we turned off the set top box but not the TV,so it ran for 15 mins with out any program just those white dots allover the screen, which is normal. after 15 mins it stopped, we thoughtit went to sleep mode or power save mode. But i could never turn it onagain, always the black screen.
SOURCE: TV picture flickers
If your DVD player is separate from your tv, you might have a loose cable plug or connection. Depending on the type of flicker you have, a vertical circuit loose connection would cause this. If you could connect it to a cable or antenna it might tell you where the problem is located. A faulty circuit in the DVD might cause this too. Stargazer

We played Wii sports and fit for few hours than tv started to flicker and change colors to green and black and white. We shut down Wii and not TV screen doesn't show any picture. The power is there and the sound... but the screen is just blue. Any one experienced anything similar?

It could be the Digital board. It does most of the video processing before being sent to the Optical Engine. This is a expensive board and I recommend to call a professional to be sure.
Hope this helps,
