Question about Husqvarna Viking 1
When reverse is selected, the arrow on the screen indicates reverse but the machine continues to operate in the forward direction. Any ideas on what could be wrong?
What model machine are we talking about here? If it is a Designer 1, Reverse doesn't show up on the screen. You need to hit the Reverse button twice in succession, the button stays lit up, and the machine should sew in reverse until you hit Reverse again or change stitch.
When a reverse arrow shows on the screen, it is usually when a programmable stitch is selected and you need to hit Reverse to complete the programmed task.
Get back with more detail on your machine and the problem, and maybe I can offer some more specific help.
